Namvora ("we", "us") is an AI-powered domain discovery and brand intelligence platform. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, password hash), the domains and prompts you search, saved portfolio and CRM data, billing information processed by our payment provider, and standard technical logs (IP, device, timestamps) used for security and reliability.
How we use it
To operate the service: generate names, run trademark, valuation and SEO analysis, manage your account and subscription, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
Third-party processors
We use trusted providers for AI inference, domain availability checks, valuation models and payments. They process data only to deliver their function under contract.
Data retention & security
We keep data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Passwords are hashed; access is restricted and transport is encrypted (HTTPS).
